Each component we use on every bag has been custom-built for us, and they are made for ease-of-use, comfort, and long-lasting durability. We designed each hardware component based on our experience on manufacturing custom bags and cases for 20 years. We carefully select which component to use on each bag based on its use cases and functionality.

  • Handle Durable yet flexible rubberized handle provides comfort on your hands without sacrificing durability. No matter how long you hold your bag, your hand will never get tired.
  • Zippers Our zippers are custom-made for extra durability compared to other popular zipper brands.
  • Leg with Extenders Custom-made leg can be extended to provide extra bag mounting options. It also prevents the bag from tipping over even when you are carrying heavy items.
  • Wheels Wheels with custom bearings provide smooth action and great durability.
  • Roller Cart (Large) Our custom-made roller carts feature a unique locking mechanism that prevents the cart handle from extending by accident. Just simply push the handle down, and it will lock the handle in place.

We use high quality materials for every bags and cases we make. Combined with unparalled craftmanship, our bags provide the best-in-class protection and durability.

  • 1680D Ballistic Nylon 1680 Denier ballistic nylon is a heavy-duty fabric that provides strong protection and abrasion resistance. It can withstand from daily use and wear to even a military knife being thrown onto.
  • 210D Nylon 210 Denier nylon is a lightweight fabric that is water and tear resistant, and it is used as an inner lining on our bags.
  • Tricot Tricot fabric is a flexible, thin and smooth-textured fabric that is run-resistant, and it is used as an outside material for poly foam padding and dividers.
  • ABS Plastic ABS plastics are custom-fit for each bag to provide rigid structure, excellent impact resistance and durability.
  • Poly Foam Polyethylene foams are soft, versatile material that provide extra padding, protection, and water resistance.

All orders are covered for 30 days for return or exchange with free of charge.
After 30 days, we provide regular repair and replacement service for bag and case products (S&H or service charge may occur).
